Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Twinsburg, OH, for an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will manage daily administrative tasks, provide high-level executive support, and maintain effective communication on behalf of the foundation. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, clerical duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to support the foundation's mission. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the ongoing growth of the relink.org resource database by researching, verifying, updating, and maintaining provider information to ensure database accuracy and quality and supporting data collection and reporting for International projects.
Qualifications
- Administrative assistance experience, preferably at a non-profit organization
- Passion for the work and mission
- Strong Communication skills and Phone Etiquette
- Experience with Clerical Skills and organizational tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Prior experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic setting is a plus
