The Dalles Veterinary Hospital is looking for a professional, compassionate, and organized Client Service Representative to join our team. This position is a key part of our hospital and helps create a positive experience for both clients and patients from the moment they walk through the door.
We are seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy veterinary setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Support the daily flow of the hospital
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
