Regional Business Manager

Position Summary: The Regional Business Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations by implementing and adjusting strategies to ensure operational efficiency, optimal productivity, and the growth of sales and earnings. In this role, the Regional Manager supervises overall operations and manages labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures while adhering to the company's policies and applicable laws.

Job Objectives: This position will lead regional operations in Tulare, CA by driving productivity, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving key performance indicators including:

• Manage installation and service teams to ensure quality and timeliness of work performed.
• Drive operational efficiency by ensuring timely invoicing practices and achieving billable hours objectives established in partnership with the Director of Dealerships.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to ensure proper training assessments are met; continually develop training plans for location-specific needs.
• Perform regular feedback calls with internal and external customers to track regional development progress.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently carry out operational duties within the specified territory efficiently.
• Partner with the sales department; support other operational departments in the development and deployment of sales strategies and budget attainment.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships to address concerns.
• Develop and implement operational budgets, location specific goals and expense management.
• Lead department staffing, including hiring, training, and regular personnel evaluations.
• Mentor team members and promote a collaborative working environment.
• Oversee implementation of safety policies and practices and ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Experience:

• BA/BS in business administration or a related field. Work experience may substitute for education requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience providing mentorship and coaching to individual team members.

Working Conditions: This job involves both office and farm environments, with regular use of computers, phones, and Microsoft Suite programs as well as ERP systems. On the farm, there will be exposure to dust, hygiene chemicals, and typical dairy products. The role requires periods in an office and occasional loud noises from vacuum pumps and other equipment. Physical Requirements: Employees must sit, walk, stand, talk, hear (in person and by phone), use hands for office tasks, reach with hands, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $111,000.00 - $174,000.00 per year
