Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and build rapport.
- Identify potential partners and present compelling product or service solutions aligned with their needs.
- Close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, understanding client requirements, and offering technical or product-related guidance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up campaigns that maximize engagement.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new leads, nurture existing contacts, and promote new offerings.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products to provide insightful advice during sales conversations.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through outbound calls and emails to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Answer inbound phone calls, as well as greet in-person customers. Take payments and balance a cash drawer.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, technical sales concepts, and business development strategies.
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience working collaboratively across departments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be computer literate and have a mastery of the English language, both verbal ad written.
- Experience with products or services being sold is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
