- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout all food handling and preparation processes
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options that align with guest preferences and dietary needs
- Manage food inventory levels, properly store ingredients, and report shortages or issues promptly
- Ensure timely service by coordinating with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to meet guest expectations

Experience
- Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, especially within healthcare or institutional settings
- Proven culinary experience in fine dining or restaurant environments demonstrating excellent food preparation skills
- Strong background in food service operations, including catering, meal prep, and food industry best practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to prevent contamination
