What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and flair
- Operate the square POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings to make recommendations that enhance the customer experience
Basic qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
