Position Overview
We’re seeking a Production Assistant to become a vital part of our roasting and packaging operation. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about coffee, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weighing beans and bagging coffee for packaging.
- Assisting with packaging lines, ensuring quality control and consistency.
- Helping with inventory management, labeling, and storage.
- Maintaining production equipment and workspace cleanliness to uphold food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the roasting team to coordinate workflows and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks across shifts.
- Familiarity with or interest in coffee roasting processes is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work positively in a team-focused environment.
- Keen interest in mission-driven work and making a real-world impact.
