The Role
This is a hands-on production position responsible for operating and overseeing equipment in our clean room environment. The right person will take ownership of their responsibilities while working collaboratively with the team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring our brew system
- Transferring finished product to holding tanks
- Running the canning line
- Filling kegs and totes
- Assisting with equipment setup and changeovers
- Troubleshooting mechanical or process issues
- Maintaining cGMP and clean room standards
- Supporting an efficient and organized production workflow
What We’re Looking For

- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and consistent
- Able to problem-solve and take initiative when needed

- Bonus: Prior experience in the beverage industry, specifically with canning lines or kegging systems
