Legacy Windows is expanding throughout Utah and is seeking an ambitious leader to build and grow our Layton market.
This isn't just another sales management position. As a Market Owner, you'll recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing field sales team while continuing to generate personal sales and help establish Legacy Windows as the premier replacement window company in the area.

Compensation
$3,700–$6,400 Per Week

What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of field sales representatives
- Lead daily sales activities and coach reps in the field
- Generate your own sales while developing your market
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and growth
- Track team performance and help drive weekly production goals
- Work closely with company leadership to expand the Layton market

What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (door-to-door, in-home sales, or home improvement preferred)
- Leadership or team-building experience is a plus
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Highly competitive with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven to exceed goals and develop others
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Income Potential
Your earnings are driven by three income streams:
- Personal sales commissions
- Team override commissions
- Leadership performance bonuses
Expected Earnings: $150,000–$350,000 annually
