We are seeking driven, self-motivated Community Solar Sales Representatives who are ready to earn high commissions while helping customers reduce their energy bills and support renewable energy.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Educate customers on how Community Solar works
- Explain the financial benefits and savings on electric bills
- Enroll customers into approved Community Solar programs
- Guide customers through the simple signup process
- Track sales activities and maintain customer relationships
- Work in assigned territories, events, or door-to-door campaigns

Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (solar, telecom, D2D, retail, or in-home sales is a plus)

- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation Details
This is a performance-based role with commission and bonuses.
First-year earnings typically range from $80,000 to $150,000 , depending on production.
Top performers can earn significantly more.
