The role offers the opportunity to support a broad range of learning initiatives, partnering closely with L&D colleagues to design and deliver impactful programs that build critical skills across the organization.
What You'll Do Day-to-day
- Partner with L&D content leads and internal/external subject-matter experts to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning offerings across a range of domains, including professional effectiveness, written communication, leader and manager development, financial and technical skills, mentoring, and onboarding.
- Contribute to highly customized learning experiences, which may include case-based workshops, one-on-one tutorials, AI-enabled simulations, group coaching, written guides, and other bespoke formats.
- Facilitate learning sessions based on your areas of expertise.
- Manage and contribute to multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating across stakeholders and helping drive projects forward from concept through delivery.
- Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and its applicability to L&D, bringing thoughtful perspectives on how innovative application of AI can enhance learning design, delivery, learner experience, and business impact.
- A bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of professional experience, including time spent in learning and development or a related field; a master’s degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience designing and/or delivering learning and development programming in one or more of the following areas: professional effectiveness, written communication, manager development, onboarding, and/or financial and technical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in generative AI (GAI) and its practical application to learning and development, including the ability to identify opportunities to incorporate GAI into learning design, content development, and day-to-day workflows.
- The ability to quickly get up to speed on new content areas by researching and synthesizing a wide range of information and conveying it clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, manage multiple workstreams, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and drive work forward with speed and sound judgment.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
