Position: Housekeeper, full-time
Schedules: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm and occasional weekends
Pay: $17.00 - $19.13, dependent on experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Performs cleaning services to residential homes daily.
- Performs scheduled annual deep clean.
- Cleans floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items. High and low dusting, sweeps, dry and wet mops, vacuums carpets and rugs.
- Cleans all bathrooms, scours, and polishes tubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment.
- Cleans and polishes glass panels, doors, and partitions.
- Straightens and rearranges furniture, water plants, empties and washes wastebaskets.
- Cleans building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways.
- Removes soiled laundry and returns clean laundry to residences in an organized manner.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.
- Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart.
- Must be age 16 or older.
