The Opportunity
We’re seeking ambitious, entry-level recruiters who want to launch their careers in recruiting and sales. This is a full-time, onsite role (4 days per week) in Midtown Manhattan at the Chrysler Building.
You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a structured growth path to develop into a full-cycle recruiter and client-facing sales professional. This is a high-energy, performance-driven environment — ideal for someone competitive, motivated, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Master the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and cold outreach to identify top talent
- Draft compelling job descriptions and targeted outreach messages
- Build strong candidate relationships, understanding both skills and career goals
- Partner with senior recruiters on client-facing searches and account management
- Learn to pitch Cypress Group’s services to potential clients and grow accounts over time
- Manage pipelines, organize candidate data, and keep the ATS updated
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level candidates welcome — backgrounds in sales, business, customer service, or communications are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and goal-oriented, with the drive to hit targets
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
- Must be comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in Midtown Manhattan
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000
- Commission: Uncapped earnings potential — realistic first-year comp of $70,000–$80,000
