The Opportunity
We’re hiring junior-level recruiters who are motivated to build a career in recruiting and sales. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is onsite four days per week in our Rockville Centre, Long Island office.
You’ll support national searches with a high concentration of roles in New York City’s tech market — giving you exposure to some of the most competitive and dynamic hiring environments in the country.
What You’ll Do
- Master the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing offers
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top candidates
- Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages
- Engage with candidates daily to understand their skills and career goals
- Partner with senior recruiters to match candidates with client needs
- Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Keep recruiting pipelines and candidate data organized in the ATS
What We’re Looking For
- No recruiting experience required — backgrounds in sales, business, customer service, or communications are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to hit performance goals
- Organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative office setting
- Must be able to work onsite 4 days/week in RVC, Long Island
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000
- Commission: Uncapped earnings potential — realistic first-year comp of $70,000–$80,000
