Full-Stack Engineer | Build the Next Generation of Enterprise AI
Location: New York City
Compensation: $120,000–$200,000 base equity

The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup that's building technology to transform how large enterprises make decisions and operate.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining legacy systems or working on a tiny piece of a massive codebase.
You'll join a small, highly technical engineering team where you'll have the opportunity to build new products, influence architecture, and see your work make it into production quickly.
We're looking for engineers who love building, move comfortably between the frontend and backend, and get excited about solving problems that don't have obvious answers.
What You'll Be Building
- Design and ship end-to-end features across a modern AI-powered platform.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and/or Go.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences using TypeScript and React.
- Work with complex data to create intelligent, customer-facing applications.
- Collaborate directly with engineering leadership to make technical and product decisions.
- Help establish engineering practices and technical foundations as the team grows.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong production experience with Python or Go.
- Experience building modern applications with TypeScript and React.
- A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and backend architecture.
- Experience shipping production software and owning features from concept through deployment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Bonus Points
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, or data-intensive applications.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products.
