We're a residential remodeling company serving the Eastern Shore of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, looking for a Lead Carpenter who does their best work every day, helps the people around them do the same, and believes each day on site should be better than the last.
We're committed to building science, home performance, and healthy homes — industry best practices on every project, done right. As Lead Carpenter, you'll set the standard for quality and pace on site, and you'll help develop the carpenters working alongside you.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day work on residential remodeling job sites
- Perform skilled framing, siding, trim, light concrete, and air-sealing/insulation work
- Train and mentor less experienced carpenters
- Keep the crew focused, organized, and productive
- Communicate with management about schedules, materials, and progress
- Uphold quality and safety standards on every project
Qualifications
- 7 years of carpentry experience, with real leadership on job sites
- A steady, even-keeled presence — someone who keeps the crew focused, even when the job gets busy
- Strong technical skills across framing, siding, trim, concrete, and insulation
- A genuine drive to train and mentor others
- Reliable, hard-working, and always learning
- References required
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites across the Eastern Shore
