The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate professionally, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. This position includes assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial record-keeping and invoicing
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient workflow
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist enhances your ability to support clients professionally
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, office management practices, and basic bookkeeping is preferred
