Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
- Operate bucket trucks safely for high-altitude trimming and removal tasks.
- Utilize rigging techniques to lower branches safely and efficiently.
- Conduct landscape maintenance, including lawn care and general landscaping duties.
- Assess tree health and provide recommendations for care or removal as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tree trimming, tree care, or horticulture is preferred.
- Familiarity with GIS technology for mapping and planning purposes is a plus.
- Proficient in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment.
- Strong understanding of rigging techniques for safe tree removal practices.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care and plant care.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
