Job Overview
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records for our small business. You will be responsible for accurately recording and organizing financial transactions and payroll to ensure the company's financial health. Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Conduct journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Utilize Quickbooks accounting software to track financial transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare P&L statements
Skills
- Proficiency in Quick Books software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures on Quick Books
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting
- Competency in handling accounts payable tasks and profit loss reports
