Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter Helper / Laborer to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters with framing, trim carpentry, and other woodworking tasks
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation around job sites
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed
- Aid in roofing, siding, door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry projects
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist with project execution
- Perform demolition, restoration work, water damage remediation, and mold remediation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or related industries preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is a plus
- Experience with framing, drywall installation (including metal studs), flooring, tile laying, or electrical work is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport purposes

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
