We are currently seeking to hire a Local Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales strategies in independent pet retail to drive company revenue. Specialty Pet experience preferred. Responsibilities:Generate new independent specialty pet retail business Provide training for retailers & distributorsEstablish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales teamsAnalyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvementTrack results and trends regularly for business forecastingReport on individual performanceDevelop and execute innovative sales strategiesBuild and form new partnerships with potential clientsQualifications:Previous experience in independent pet retail sales, customer service, or related fieldExperience as a supervisor or managerFamiliarity with CRM platformsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to build rapport with clients
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
