Play Floor Team Member (Part-Time)
The Cub House Play Cafe is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our growing team!
This role is centered around creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families while helping ensure our play space runs smoothly each day.
This is a very hands-on position and includes frequent cleaning, sanitizing, and facility upkeep throughout every shift.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests
- Monitor and maintain play areas
- Clean and sanitize toys, play equipment, tables, and common areas throughout the day
- Perform daily cleaning tasks and closing procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Provide excellent customer service to families
- Assist with light café duties as needed

Position Details:
- Part-time (10–25 hours per week)
- Primarily weekday and weekend play floor shifts
- Starting at $12/hour
The Cub House Play Cafe is a family-focused indoor play space designed for children ages 6 and under. We're looking for team members who take pride in creating a welcoming environment and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help keep our facility looking its best.
