Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough from scratch or using pre-made bases, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Select and portion fresh ingredients such as vegetables, meats, cheeses, and sauces according to menu specifications.
- Assemble pizzas efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely to cook pizzas evenly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas based on customer preferences.
