Crush Truck Driver – Roll Off Truck Driver Job Description
About Us: The Crush Brothers is a mobile waste compaction company operating out of the great Los Angeles metro area. We started in July 2025, and are already changing the way that companies think about managing their waste costs! We partner with our customers to compact the waste in their dumpsters, reducing their dumpster hauls and saving them downtime, headaches, and money.
About the Position: As a Crush Truck Driver, you will serve as one of the faces of the company. You will have daily interactions with our customers and be an integral part of the company’s growth and success. You will use the Crush Truck to compact our customer's garbage while being professional and keeping a high focus on safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the truck is inspected and well maintained (don’t worry…you don’t need to be a mechanic). Lastly, and most importantly, you will provide exceptional customer service, each and every time you pull onto a customer’s site.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive and operate a mobile Crush Truck at assigned customer sites
- Perform daily inspections & maintenance on the Crush Truck
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Other duties as needed
- Work a normal schedule, return home everyday, and enjoy a traditional weekend
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional and dependable individuals with professional references
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift, load and/or carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to drive for a full work day between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Minimum of 2 Years experience driving a large truck (Preferred)
Pay & Benefits:
- $25 per hour $52,000 annually

- After one year of employment, your 5 UTO days will convert to PTO
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
