Job Title: Operations Personnel Analyst

Position Summary:

The Operations Personnel Analyst supports the execution of moderately complex operational tasks across a variety of products and services. Working with limited supervision, the Analyst applies technical and functional expertise, ensures compliance with established procedures, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years in operations, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
