Entry Level Brand & Events Associate

We are currently looking for driven, outgoing, and career-focused individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Brand & Events Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build long-term skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business development.
No previous experience is required & we provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent client campaigns at retail locations, pop-up events, and community promotions
- Engage directly with customers in a professional, energetic, and positive manner
- Learn foundational skills in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation
- Assist with event setup, campaign execution, and customer outreach initiatives
- Work closely with team leaders and management to achieve campaign goals
- Participate in daily coaching, team development workshops, and leadership training
