As the studio continues to grow its Los Angeles presence, they are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join their collaborative creative team in a full-time, hybrid position based in Los Angeles.
This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished brand designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing conceptual thinking with exceptional creative execution. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams across multiple international studios, you’ll lead high-profile branding projects from concept through delivery, collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and help elevate the creative standard of a growing team. This role is best suited to someone who is confident working independently, enjoys mentoring others, and can confidently present ideas while making thoughtful creative decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development and execution of brand identity, graphic, and experiential design projects from initial concept through final delivery
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients while building trusted relationships and contributing to workshops, pitches, and project discussions
- Partner closely with strategy, 3D design, and project management teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work across multiple concurrent projects
- Provide guidance, feedback, and creative direction to junior and mid-level designers while helping maintain a consistently high standard of design across the studio
- Contribute to project planning, creative problem-solving, and new business initiatives while ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with client objectives
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior-level brand design role within a creative or branding agency environment
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating sophisticated brand identity work, strong typography, visual systems, and conceptual thinking across multiple touchpoints
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) – experience with Figma is highly desirable
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the confidence to explain design thinking, build client relationships, and work autonomously
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced creative or branding agency is essential
