Job Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain two luxury short-term rental homes (4,000 sq ft and 7,000 sq ft). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in delivering spotless, hotel-quality results.
Some days will require same-day turnovers, where the home must be fully cleaned and guest-ready between a morning checkout and evening arrival.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep, detailed cleaning of large luxury homes after each guest stay
- Ensure homes are immaculate and presentation-ready (no dust, streaks, or missed details)
- Complete same-day turnover cleanings efficiently and on schedule
- Make beds to a high standard (tight linens, hotel-style presentation)
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to a premium standard
- Inspect for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
- Restock supplies (toiletries, paper goods, etc.). We will provide these
- Maintain staging and organization of furniture and décor
- Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, issues, or supply needs
Requirements
- Experience cleaning large homes, vacation rentals, or hotels preferred
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to handle physically demanding work (large square footage homes)
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including same-day turnovers
- Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of high-end properties
