Maintenance Supervisor – Apartment Community
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a growing apartment community in Freeport, Florida.
Requirements:
- Current CPO Certification (Required)
- Strong knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, and water chemistry
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing appliances
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to prioritize work orders and manage preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
- Maintain pool systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Perform HVAC diagnostics and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair household appliances
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
- Manage inventory and maintenance supplies
- Respond to emergency calls and participate in an on-call rotation
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards
