What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Maintenance Supervisor position at The Crossing at Big Creek?
Job Functions:
Collaborate with supervisors and employees to maintain and repair The Crossing at Big Creek facilities.
- Coordinate and execute repair requests
- Provide expertise on minor and major facility remodels and additions
- Manage TCBC owned equipment and inventory control
- Manage planned preventative maintenance
- Prioritize open work orders for timely completion
- Troubleshoot electrical, ventilation, and facility challenges
- Update accurate records for service work
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
- Repair and maintenance experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- HVAC, Electrical, Wastewater Treatment experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Troubleshooting Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in high demand situations
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel
