What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist position at The Croft Center, LLC?
The Croft Center | Gainesville, Georgia
The Croft Center was built on a simple belief: healing happens best when people feel both professionally supported and genuinely seen.
The Croft Center is looking for an associate licensed clinician who is passionate about trauma-informed care, values meaningful connection, and wants to be part of a collaborative team.
We believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about helping people make sense of their experiences, build practical skills, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and authentic. We work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, substance use, disordered eating and a variety of other concerns.
We’re looking for a clinician who shares that perspective, enjoys working independently, and wants to grow their clinical work within a supportive private practice.
Who we're looking forOur ideal clinician is compassionate, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of their clinical work. You enjoy building therapeutic relationships, thinking critically about treatment, and managing your caseload independently while recognizing the value of consultation and collaboration.
A passion for treating trauma is essential for our work. We welcome clinicians with experience in trauma-informed care who are motivated to continue developing their skills and providing thoughtful, individualized treatment.
The role- Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 18–25 scheduled sessions per week.
- Provide individual therapy to adolescents ages 12 and adults.
- Maintain some evening and/or weekend availability to accommodate client needs.
- Provide primarily in-person services at our Gainesville practice, with hybrid flexibility based on client needs and preferences.
- Independently manage clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing client care.
- Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, consultation, and professional growth.
We want our clinicians to focus on providing quality care rather than spending their time trying to build and manage every aspect of a private practice on their own.
- W-2 employment with per-session compensation.
- $45–$55 per kept session for 90837 and 90791 services.
- No-show fee sharing through a split of collected no-show fees.
- Marketing and client referrals managed by the practice.
- Insurance billing and administrative support so you can focus on clinical work.
- Clinical supervision available depending on licensure and supervision eligibility.
- $500 annual CEU reimbursement to support ongoing professional development.
- Crunch Fitness membership as an additional wellness benefit.
- Clinical autonomy with team support: Manage your own caseload while having colleagues to consult with and learn from.
You might thrive here if you are passionate about helping people work through difficult experiences, value trauma-informed and evidence-based care, and want the autonomy of private practice without the isolation or administrative burden of running a solo business.
You don't need to have every answer or know every modality. We value clinicians who are thoughtful, motivated to keep learning, and committed to ethical, compassionate care.
We are looking for someone who wants to invest in their clients, their professional growth, and the team around them.
Interested in joining us?We'd love to hear from you! Please send your resume and a brief introduction sharing your clinical interests, experience with trauma treatment, and what you're looking for in a practice.
