Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations
- Maintain inventory and control costs through effective ordering and waste reduction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a healthy and enjoyable dining experience for customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and drive customer traffic
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and sales forecasts
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in restaurants, 18 months of leadership experience , including leading a team of 10 employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with restaurant operations software and POS systems
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
