Meat Clerk
We are looking for the right person to be a part of our team in the Meat Department. It would be great if you have strong customer service skills; knowledge of feeding and handling livestock to answer customer questions; familiar with grass fed and grass finished beef; meat cuts of all species; familiar with sustainable seafood practices; and ability to meet the needs of customers. Should know how to set a meat case. Natural food experience preferred. Self-starter, reliable, team player. Full time position (32 hours/week).
Part Time
Shifts:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1 - 9:30pm

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection, answering inquiries, and offering cooking suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in compliance with sanitation standards.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively, such as restocking inventory, rotating products, and assisting with meat preparation.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with customers and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Must be able to stand for shift. Must be able to bend, stoop and reach. Must be able to work in cold environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Competitive pay, based on experience. Must be able to work in a kitchen with known allergies, including nuts, wheat, dairy.
