Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in San Jose, CA. The BCBA will design and implement behavior intervention plans, provide behavior analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and conduct assessments to address students' individual needs. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, training and supporting staff, and collaborating with families to educate and provide guidance on behavior management strategies. The BCBA will play a key role in fostering students’ independence and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Expertise in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
- Background in Psychology, particularly with a focus on special education or developmental challenges
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and relevant state licensure
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with children and students in educational or therapeutic settings
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
