Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the golf course, including greens, fairways, and surrounding areas
- Assist with organizing and managing golf events, tournaments, and group outings
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering information about course features, amenities, and upcoming events
- Support food service operations by serving refreshments or assisting in snack bar areas when needed
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during retail sales or event transactions
- Enforce course rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all visitors
- Support lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, ensuring guest safety around water features or resort pools
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in events management or coordinating group activities
- Ability to handle conflicts professionally and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Working knowledge of cash handling procedures with attention to accuracy
- Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for water safety responsibilities
