Formation & Outreach Coordinator
Ministry Description
Full Time – Nonexempt

Accountable to: Formation & Outreach Minister
Vision Statement: Provides relational and administrative leadership to the Formation & Outreach Team by building connections with local schools, supporting teams, and managing details that make impactful ministry possible.
Top Priorities:
- Oversee Outreach initiatives with local schools
- Collaborate with Local Outreach Director on Generous Ministry
- Provide collaborative and creative administrative support for the Formation & Outreach Team.
Duties:
- Build and maintaining relationship with local school leaders to curate outreach opportunities
- Create and oversee outreach initiatives for local schools
Communicate with Generous applicants and guide them through the process
Oversee data entry and payments for the Generous Ministry
Provide setup and support for Generous ministry classes and Outreach initiatives (i.e.. Christmas Wish, Mission of the Month spotlight, etc.)
Serve as initial point of contact to Formation & Outreach volunteer leaders for all administrative and scheduling needs
Maintain Rock database for Formation & Outreach classes, groups, leaders, and volunteers
Coordinate events and programming for Formation & Outreach with Communications Team
Creatively design print materials for Formation & Outreach events and programming
Assist with Formation & Outreach volunteer recruitment
Assist with Formation & Outreach vouchering and budget spreadsheets
Oversee the ordering of food, supplies, schedule, and materials for Formation & Outreach groups and meetings as needed
Assist Ministry Team Leader with Team coordination (weekly emails, scheduling team meetings, recording team meeting notes, managing team calendar and Microsoft Teams channels, and team sign-ups)
Delegate and empower weekly office volunteers for administrative support- Attend weekly Staff Huddle and monthly Staff Gatherings
- Related duties as assigned
