Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development plans that promote childhood development and early intervention strategies.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning.
- Engage with children through activities that develop literacy, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
- Help with lesson planning and prepare educational materials aligned with preschool or daycare standards.
- Supervise children during activities, transitions, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers on behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs and classroom dynamics.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and team members.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
