The Creative Agency is hiring an Integrated Marketing Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution, campaign planning, and brand communication.
This is not a design role and not a senior strategy role. This position is responsible for helping campaigns run smoothly, ensuring messaging stays consistent, and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across email, social media, and digital platforms.
The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong writer, and naturally curious about what makes marketing perform. You should be comfortable thinking through campaign structure, presenting ideas, and working closely with designers and leadership to bring campaigns to life.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of marketing and wants agency-level experience executing real campaigns for growing brands.
A typical day in this role includes preparing campaign plans and presenting recommendations to leadership for review. You will be expected to clearly communicate how campaigns are structured, the reasoning behind your recommendations, and how they support overall marketing goals. This role also requires incorporating feedback quickly and refining campaign plans to ensure smooth execution and strong performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the development of campaign calendars across multiple clients
- Identify required marketing assets and coordinate needs with the design team
- Help organize timelines, deliverables, and campaign priorities
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand messaging and objectives
- Write and edit social media captions, email copy, and supporting marketing content
- Execute email campaigns including setup, testing, and deployment
- Support content calendar development based on campaign needs
- Maintain consistency of voice and messaging across platforms
- Schedule and publish content across client platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity
- Respond to community interactions professionally and on brand
- Escalate sales opportunities or reputation concerns when appropriate
- Track campaign performance across platforms
- Prepare performance summaries highlighting insights and opportunities
- Identify trends in engagement and content performance
- Support optimization recommendations based on data
- QA marketing assets prior to publishing
- Maintain organized campaign files and documentation
- Assist with marketing workflow organization
- Support internal communication between marketing and creative teams
Required Skills:
- 2 years experience in marketing, social media, communications, or related field preferred
- Strong writing and copy editing ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of social media platforms and email marketing fundamentals
- Comfort working with analytics and performance data
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience:
- Agency experience is a plus
- Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk, Drip
