Job Details: The Warehouse Associate will support warehouse operations by pulling and staging orders, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring products are correctly processed for delivery. This position will also be responsible for putting away incoming product and restocking inventory. The roles involves operating a forklift and other power equipment, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a clean workspace and resolving discrepancies in product quantities and quality. This job does not require working on holidays, weekends or after hours.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Power equipment experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Warehouse operations experience preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Outlook for email communication
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with a logical, objective approach
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Operating heavy equipment (forklift and other machinery)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
