Office Manager
- Location: Fort Collins area
- Employment Type: Non-Exempt, hourly (32-40 hours/week).
- Work Location: Primarily in-person at the CCAC (Fort Collins)
- Reports To: Executive Director
- Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience/qualifications)
About The Organization
The CCAC is the accredited Child Advocacy Center for Colorado’s 8th Judicial District. We serve our community through two main pillars: Forensic Services, providing a child-friendly environment for abuse investigations and victim advocacy; and Prevention Services, which equip both youth and adults with the tools and training necessary to identify, respond to, and prevent child victimization. By collaborating with law enforcement and community partners, we work to reduce trauma and close critical service gaps for children and families.
Position Summary
The Office Manager provides administrative, operational, and organizational support to help ensure the day-to-day functions of The Crawford Child Advocacy Center run smoothly. This position supports office operations, financial and board administration, fundraising and donor stewardship activities, employee onboarding, and community event logistics while helping maintain a welcoming, professional, and mission-focused environment for staff, partners, and the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization.
- Coordinate office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, and organizational systems.
- Support board and committee administration, including meeting preparation and logistics.
Financial & Organizational Support
- Provide administrative support for financial processes, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and organizational recordkeeping.
Fundraising & Stewardship Support
- Support fundraising, donor stewardship, grant administration, and community engagement efforts.
- Assist with fundraising and community events, donor communications, and CRM management
Client & Program Support
- Help maintain a welcoming environment for children, families, partners, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to agency programs as needed.
Qualifications
Employment is contingent upon the post-offer, successfully passing a comprehensive background check, which includes a check of criminal history, the National Sex Offender Registry, and the State Child Abuse and Neglect Registry (CANR).
Education/Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Human Services, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two or more years of experience in office administration, customer service, nonprofit operations, or a related field preferred. Experience supporting fundraising, donor relations, databases, events, board activities, or other administrative and organizational functions is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient with common office software and willing to learn databases, CRMs, and other digital systems.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with staff, volunteers, partners, and community members.

Work Schedule
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week. Primarily in-person at the CCAC (Fort Collins)
- Days: Monday – Friday, occasional evenings or weekends.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Retirement: SIMPLE IRA with up to 3% employer match (available after one year).
- Medical Insurance: CCAC covers approximately 90% of the employee-only premium.
- Additional Insurance: Dental, Vision, and Long-Term Disability coverage are available.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO accrual is based on hours worked and years of service, in accordance with agency policy.
- Holidays: 11 paid holidays per year.
- Mileage reimbursement and paid professional development in accordance with agency policy.
Disclaimer & Work Environment
- This role operates within a trauma-informed environment. The CCAC serves children and families who have experienced abuse and other significant trauma. While this is not primarily a direct-service position, there may be occasional interaction with children and families, including brief supervision or support as needed. Staff should be prepared to engage with sensitivity, professionalism, and awareness of trauma.
- This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods; use a computer and standard office equipment; and occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds for events or office needs.
