What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance position at The Cradle?
The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization, as the most senior finance position at the Cradle, effectively managing all financial tasks. They will oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial reports. They will also assure strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance. In collaboration with the leadership team, they are responsible for the financial health, transparency and sustainability of The Cradle.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial statements and reports providing reports to the Cradle Leadership and Board of Directors
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and federal state and local reporting requirements
- Directs all accounting functions including accounts payable/receivables, payroll, general ledger and cash management
- Oversee risk management strategies
- Manages organizational insurance programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience
- Demonstrated experience in cash flow management, insurance carrier relationships, investment oversight and 403 B plan administration
- Knowledge of medical billing practices, payer credentialing and insurance reimbursement processes are strongly preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
