About This Opportunity:
The Cradle Company is building a network of experienced, nurturing Nannies to support growing families throughout the San Francisco area. We work with families across the city and surrounding Bay Area and are looking to connect with skilled caregivers for upcoming and future placements.

Ideal Candidate:
- Warm, patient, and reliable, with a genuine love for working with children
- Experienced in age-appropriate care, from infants through school-age children
- Skilled in creating structured routines while remaining flexible to each family's needs
- Comfortable supporting household tasks related to childcare (meal prep, laundry, light tidying, school runs)
- Clear, proactive communicator who works collaboratively with parents
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting families day-to-day
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional nanny or childcare experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Must be current on standard vaccinations (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to provide excellent professional childcare references
