Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating under the supervision of kitchen staff.
- Support catering and banquet setups by preparing necessary food items and ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Help with bussing tables during service hours to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Assist in basic cooking tasks as needed to support the culinary team’s operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
