And now we're looking for a Northern California Territory Sales Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area to join our growing team.
What you'll be doing:
โ Managing and developing our Northern California territory
โ Working closely with distributor partners including KeHE, UNFI, Good Stuff Distribution, Rock Island, and other key regional distributors
โ Calling on independent natural and specialty retailers throughout the Bay Area and Northern California
โ Supporting emerging brands through in-store selling, distributor engagement, promotional execution, and territory development
โ Partnering with our field contributors and retailer-facing team members to drive results for our clients
Who we're looking for:
โ๏ธ CPG industry experience (brand-side Territory Manager, Sales Manager, or broker experience preferred)
โ๏ธ Strong understanding of the Northern California distributor and retailer landscape
โ๏ธ Existing relationships within the Bay Area natural and specialty retail community are a plus
โ๏ธ Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independently
โ๏ธ Someone who loves emerging brands, enjoys building relationships, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
โ๏ธ A hustler who enjoys helping founders turn great ideas into successful brands
