Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the firm and ensure the smooth operation. As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our firm's productivity and maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing schedules: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and office arrangements.
- Communication: Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the firm.
- Administrative tasks: Organizing and maintaining documents, operate general office equipment; computers, calculators, copy/fax machine, etc.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding the firm's professional matters.
- Technology management: Managing devices, apps, and software used by the firm.
- Collaboration: Working with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Driver’s license and vehicle available for travel.
- Experience in administration preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
