- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinicians in providing behavioral health services that align with our program's philosophy of care and established professional standards.
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements while maintaining a supportive environment conducive to achieving optimal performance.
- Conduct case staffing and integrated treatment team meetings to encourage positive client outcomes.
- Perform chart audits and general quality assurance reviews of behavioral health documentation.
- Evaluate and monitor clinical performance of clinicians and general client progress.
- Provide clinical supervision individually and in groups to support professional growth.
- Contribute to program development, quality assurance, and strategic planning efforts.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field. Additionally, you should have five years' experience providing behavioral health services and be independently licensed to provide mental health services in Washington state. It would also be beneficial to have training, education, or experience providing services for those affected by substance use disorders.
