Client Specialist

The Ideal Candidate would have the following characteristics:

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and share general information on services performed and products sold. Handle all in a professional manner.
• Check spa emails multiple times daily and follow up on all emails, customer leads, phone calls, and voicemails.
• Check clients in for services and perform all POS duties.
• Start and stop equipment (only if trained) for clients – including Cryotherapy, PEMF, Body Sculpting, Sauna, Compression, etc.
• Selling and upselling customers on services and retail products.
• Assure all proper paperwork is completed before services are rendered.
• Open and close clinic according to current systems in place.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly, at all times.
• Follow all rules and systems while always maintaining confidentiality with all

clients and follow HIPAA guidelines.

• Assist Nurses as needed.
• Perform administrative duties including restocking supplies, anticipating stock needs and alerting manager, and general cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Search out and book outreach events, as directed by General Manager.
• Other related functions as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience and a high comfort level with using a computer utilizing scheduling and lead generation software, email, word, and excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
• Upbeat, social and provides excellent customer service.
• Sales experience is a plus.
