Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the tiny home, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, utilizing basic cooking skills to enhance guest experience.
- Manage floor care tasks including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient operations.
- Uphold safety protocols related to janitorial tasks and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment.
- Assist with custodial responsibilities such as organizing supplies and managing small maintenance requests.
- Support housekeeping management in scheduling tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple tiny homes.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Background in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning provides valuable skills applicable to this role.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning, floor care techniques, and sanitation practices is beneficial.
- Experience with laundry operations and custodial duties enhances your ability to excel here.
- Previous roles involving housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff are a plus.
- Customer service experience helps ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly interactions.
