This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Chef located in South Point, OH. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include food prep, maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service. The Line Chef will also be expected to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
