Below is the job description for the role:
Summary:
The Campus Worship Coordinator will be a part of our worship team that serves primarily at one Cove Church Campus. This will include collaborating on creating an environment where people encounter the presence of God, including, but not limited to Weekend Services and Student Services. All Staff are tasked with helping the mission of our church to Introduce our friends to Jesus, Learn to follow Him, and Celebrate His Presence in our lives.

Primary Responsibilities
· Lead and support weekend worship services as a key contributor on the Worship Team.
· Recruit, develop, and lead a campus-based worship team that reflects the values and vision of the church.
· Serve as the primary voice for all campus worship-related needs and communicate with clarity and care.
· Champion student worship development by identifying, equipping, and mentoring students in worship leading and spiritual growth.
· Develop and disciple volunteers in musical, vocal, and spiritual maturity through consistent coaching and relational investment.
· Foster a collaborative and caring culture among the campus worship team, students, and other ministry teams.
· Participate in regular Worship Team meetings (biweekly) and weekly campus staff meetings to maintain alignment and communication.
· Collaborate with Worship and Production Teams to plan and execute meaningful worship services that support the church’s vision and message.
· Assist with creative ideation and implementation for weekend services, student gatherings, and special events.
· Coordinate and lead worship for student services and events, ensuring student involvement and development.
· Participate in and contribute to special events (e.g., funerals, weddings, seasonal services) as assigned.
· Partner with the Campus Pastor and staff on campus-wide ministry events and operational needs.
· Work closely with Central Worship leadership to align with the broader vision, resources, and goals of the church.
· Continue personal and professional growth in relevant areas (e.g., vocal, instrumental, production, leadership).
